How do I get my hands on these amazing products?
You may have noticed that you cannot purchase our products on our website. Our products are sold exclusively through trusted partners and through our distribution network. We have found over the years that supporting our distributors allows for the best customer experience and fastest service since you will be working with someone in your area.
How many distributors are there?
The number of distributor partners around the world is constantly changing. But, there is most likely a distributor within a reasonable distance of anyone who would like to purchase our products. We have distributors across the United States and also around the world in countries like Canada, Mexico, Japan, and Saudi Arabia, to just name a few. We have a handy Find a Dealer function on our website to help you find expert dealers throughout the US and across the world ready to help you select the right products to meet your needs.
How can I become a dealer?

What about replacement parts?
Once you have purchased one of our units, there will come a time that you will need to order replacement cartridges, bulbs and even covers. Your distributor will have you covered. If you have any questions about the unit you have and are looking to troubleshoot any issues, you can find any of our product manuals on our website.
There is also a complete list of replacement parts with great detailed pictures and descriptions to help you reorder the correct parts for your unit. Coming soon: something new to watch for is a QR code that we will be adding to our shipping boxes that will take you directly to your product’s page on our site.
